The conference center, with a total area of 1,200 sqm and a capacity of over 800 seats, has a total of 10 rooms as follows: 3 plenary halls, 1 amphitheater/multimedia room and 6 workshop rooms available in different types of seating arrangements.

TEAMBUILDING

Because the success of an event can also depend on complementary activities, Hotel Clermont, helped by the exceptional natural setting and its own recreational facilities, offers multiple possibilities for spending free time. These activities can, however, constitute the basis for successful teambuilding at any time.
Within Bar & Club Clermont, participants can compete in various billiards, bowling, and table tennis competitions. Those who want to express their artistic talent among friends or understanding colleagues can sing during karaoke evenings.
Nights are not for sleeping! Disco-Club Clermont is a space dedicated to loud parties. The exceptional sound, light shows and a skilled DJ represent the ingredients of a fiery atmosphere. With a capacity of 75 seats on armchairs and sofas, the disco hosts the most diverse concerts for an audience eager for entertainment after a day of intensive courses.

SERVICES

For the optimal conduct of events hosted by the Clermont Conference Center, we can offer our guests: welcome coffee, different coffee break or finger food options, all customized according to the desired duration, action budget and its specifics.
Event participants can dine at Clermont Restaurant (buffet menu, fixed menu, classic or festive), in the Summer Garden (traditional menu) or Bar Club Clermont (finger food).
The rooms are equipped with the following standard facilities: flipchart and consumables, projection screen, video projector (for all rooms), wireless internet connection.
Optionally, the following equipment and services can be made available to clients: sound system, fixed and mobile microphones, LED TV, DVD player, pin board, overhead projector, simultaneous translation equipment, interpretation and videoconferencing services, videowall, secretarial services.
Smoking is prohibited inside the conference rooms, but most rooms have terrace access.
